Originally estimated to price at $12 to $14 a share, the Vocera Communications reached $16 ? good for a capital raise of $94 mn. The telecom company offered 5.85 mn shares (15 percent from insiders). According to Renaissance Capital, the deal was 25 percent larger than expected. Vocera Communications is set to list on NYSE and trade under the symbol VCRA.
